The Live View page provides a real-time view of the sky above the Observatory through the AllSky camera, offering an immediate overview of current observing conditions.

With its wide-angle view covering virtually the entire visible sky, the camera makes it possible to monitor cloud cover, transparency and changing weather conditions, while also capturing stars, constellations, the Milky Way and occasionally meteors crossing the field of view. During an automated imaging session, the Live View therefore provides a simple visual complement to the Observatory's weather and safety monitoring systems.
