Explore the Universe through the Innumerabili Mondi observatory.
Admire the beauty of the universe through a series of astronomical pictures taken in our observatory.
All pictures were taken with the equipment available in the observatory through long photographic sessions under the sky of Arpino (Fr), Italy.
"Deep Sky" photographs, that is, of distant objects that emit very weak light, require very long exposure times, not comparable to those of daytime photography, and numerous shots which then, through a sophisticated "adding" process, will generate a single image.
The processing and post-production of the pictures thus generated are based on sophisticated techniques that I learned from Luca Fornaciari. The softwares used are Pixinsight and Adobe Photoshop. I use these techniques with the aim of making details and colors visible as faithful as possible to the original. I do not believe it is necessary to further emphasize what is already wonderful itself. You can find on AstroBin more technical details about instruments / acquisition techniques / processing and post production.
